"Glitter and Glam"Parade set #12. I can't take complete credit for this set, as it is actually reincarnated from an old parade set created by someone else. Unfortunately, I don't know who the tack artist was, as the piece wasn't signed. The set was in bad condition, falling apart, metal discolored, etc. I took it all apart and rebuilt it, and created a new design from it.
